Ballina Central Holiday Park
Ballina Central Holiday Park is located on River Street in the main township of Ballina. It is situated directly opposite the tranquil Richmond River and within walking distance of the surf beaches. It is a short stroll or drive from the town centre, which offers clubs, restaurants, cafes and a wide variety of supermarkets and specialty stores. Directly opposite the holiday park is Ballina Water Park, which has a swimming pools and a large water slide, making a great day out with kids during the warmer months.

Activities
The waterslide at the public swimming pool, located directly across the road from the park is popular with kids, as is the river across the road for the fishing enthusiast. Guests have been swimming with dolphins off Main Beach, which the holiday park overlooks.

The park itself offers clean, modern facilities including grass and slab sites, a covered bbq area, public phone and a modern amenities block that gets many compliments from our guests. We value Ballina Central’s reputation as a quiet, friendly park suitable for a family getaway.

Ensuite Cabin – toilet, shower, cooking facilities, crockery, linen, air-conditioning, TV, DVD, hair dryer.
Basic Cabin – no toilet or shower. Has cooking facilities and all crockery, linen provided. TV.
How to get here
If you are coming from the North or South, follow the Pacific Highway to Ballina, drive through the town centre to the end of River Street and we are located on the left.
Best time to visit
Summer for the sun and beaches, winter for the whale watching.
You should bring
Always bring your swimmers, surf board and snorkel, so you can enjoy and explore the waves and rock pools. Also a must is walking shoes for the many board walks and National Parks. Binoculars to watch the whales from our lookout in winter.
